Apologies for cutting through the swirls to strip out this L. It came on the lovely Lorem Ipsum poster we got from Veer, showcasing Alejandro Paul’s glam ‘Affair’ font – and we just had to have it.
Adding it to our L blog feels a bit like pinning down a butterfly’s wing, though. Affair is so whimsical and glamorous, it just wants to be whisked off to the ball, not stick around here.
Its designer Ale Paul is a founder of lauded Argentinean type foundry, Sudtipos and former tutor of graphic design and typography. He knows his stuff, wins lots of awards and clearly is in touch with his feminine side. Check out his super award-winning Adios Script if you need more proof.
